Why Choose The Party Team
Planning and Production! On the planning end, you’ll work with our full-time Fundraising Coordinator. We will provide as much or as little assistance in the planning stages as you need. We create a custom fundraising package with everything you’ll need to get your event started up and running! On the production end, our Pit Bosses & Dealers make The Party Team the BEST casino party company in the Northwest. Great dealers make the difference, and ours are fun, friendly, professional, and ready to teach anyone any game, at any skill level.
Why Our Fundraisers Get Big Money
We customize every fundraising package for our clients to ensure that the night runs as smoothly as possible. We also take care of table signage, funny money, and price packages for your guests. On average, you can expect to make between $25 and $200 per attendant. The more guests come to the party, the more you raise! We also have plenty of other fundraising options if you want to maximize your event’s potential.
How to Get Started
First, you must be a 501c(3) designated non-profit organization in operation for over 1 year. We’ll give you the appropriate paperwork for the state your organization is based in.
Second, you’ll need to determine your attendance goal. Our recommendation is based on the number of guests, and then we’ll work with you (and your budget) on the number of tables you’ll need.
Third, you’ll want to start thinking about location, advertising, and your guest list, but we can help you with those things as well!
How to Save Money
The Party Team offers discounts in the form of volunteer dealers and set-up assistance. We also take care of your sponsors, by displaying them prominently on our gaming tables and on our Funny Money! As a bonus for our non-profit groups, we do not require payment until 7 days after the event has taken place. We will work with you to ensure that your fundraiser is as successful as possible!
Fundraising Options With the Party Team
We have multiple ways to bring money in for your organization! Choose the one that fits best with your needs, or mix and match for an event more successful event!
Casino Night Fundraisers
First, guests will purchase a ticket to the event. We will set up funny money packages with you beforehand, which guests can buy on-site when they arrive. To help you earn more money, these packages will be available throughout the night.
Toward the end of the event, guests will trade in their chips for raffle tickets. The more prizes you offer for the event, the more that guests will want to buy more funny money! Casino night packages come with sponsor signs for the tables, and sponsor logos on different money denominations.
Texas Hold’em Tournaments are another option available for your fundraiser. Texas Hold’em is wildly popular, and people love the opportunity to play for a good cause, and still possibly take home that 1st place bracelet! The best part about The Party Team Texas Hold’em is that you don’t have to know ANYTHING about poker to put it together. Our experts put together the entire operational part of the tournament, including blind & payout structure, advertising, seating your players, etc. We are capable of hosting tournaments from 10 – 400 players, or anywhere in-between. We’d love to set one up for you!
Take your fundraiser online! The Party Team is now hosting live entertainment via Zoom, including Survey Says, Bingo, and Virtual Blackjack Tournaments!
Turn your event into a spectator sport! Using our Survey Says game show, we deliver an experience like you’ve never seen! Eight teams raise funds for your organization, then battle to see who is the champion! Questions can be customized to fit your event, and you can raise big cash for your nonprofit!
We’re off to the races! We recreate the experience of being at the track, complete with betting slips, professional horse race footage, and an interactive live host. Guests buy betting slips for each race, and those who make the right picks will get lots of raffle tickets! Our Derby fundraisers are perfect for creating unique memories for your guests!
