Planning and Production! On the planning end, you’ll work with our full-time Fundraising Coordinator. We will provide as much or as little assistance in the planning stages as you need. We create a custom fundraising package with everything you’ll need to get your event started up and running! On the production end, our Pit Bosses & Dealers make The Party Team the BEST casino party company in the Northwest. Great dealers make the difference, and ours are fun, friendly, professional, and ready to teach anyone any game, at any skill level.
How to Make BIG Money:
There are many different ways to set up logistics for your party. We’ll put together an event that functions easily for you, your volunteers and your guests. Following our The Party Team plans you’ll profit anywhere from $25.00 – $200.00 per adult in attendance!
How to get started:
First, you must be a 501c(3) designated non-profit organization in operation for over 1 year. We’ll give you the appropriate paperwork for the state your organization is based in. Second, you’ll need to determine your attendance goal. Our recommendation is based on number of guests, and then we’ll work with you (and your budget) on the number of tables you’ll need. Third, you’ll want to start thinking about location, advertising, and your guest list, but we can help you with those things as well!
Here’s how it works:
Guests purchase a ticket to attend the party, and then buy Funny Money to exchange for chips at the tables. At the end of the night, each guest will color-up their chips for raffle tickets, which they’ll put in the drawing for the fabulous prizes you’ve obtained. There are many other money-makers you can add to your casino night to bring in the high rollers (and their Vegas bankrolls!). We can discuss these in greater detail as your planning process continues.
How to SAVE Money:
The Party Team offers discounts in the form of volunteer dealers, and set-up assistance. We also take care of your sponsors, by displaying them prominently on our gaming tables and on our Funny Money! As a bonus for our non-profit groups, we do not require payment until 7 days after the event has taken place. We understand that it takes money to make money, but you might not have that money up front.
Texas Hold’em Tournaments:
Texas Hold’em Tournaments are another option available for your fundraiser. Texas Hold’em is wildly popular, and people love the opportunity to play for a good cause, and still possibly take home that 1st place bracelet!The best part about The Party Team Texas Hold’em is that you don’t have to know ANYTHING about poker to put it together. Our experts put together the entire operational part of the tournament, including blind & payout structure, advertising, seating your players, etc. We are capable of hosting tournaments from 10 – 400 players, or anywhere inbetween. We’d love to set one up for you!
